About RFC PipeTools

RFC PipeTools is a collection of browser-based utilities created for pipers and pipe bands. The aim is to make common notation and playback jobs available from a modern browser, including on an iPad, without requiring a Windows computer for everyday use.

Current beta tools

• BWW notation loading, display and pipe-sound playback.
• ABC notation loading, display and playback.
• Protected BWW-to-ABC conversion.
• Online bagpipe tune search linking to material at its source.
• Installable web-app support for convenient tablet use.

Copyright approach

RFC PipeTools is a utility service rather than a music library. It does not intentionally host a catalogue of copyrighted tunes. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to process, save or share the notation they use.
